Hello,
I just bought Poker Copilot. I am unable to see my HUD. I'm not sure why this is.

The HUD checklist:
* is your computer time set correctly? It must not be even a few minutes fast for the HUD to work.
* is your computer timezone set correctly?
* is PokerStars/Full Tilt set to write hand histories in English?
* is PokerStars/Full Tilt user interface in English?
* after turning on the HUD, did you play at least a couple of hands?
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Hi Edward,
Would you mind doing the following?:
1. Click "Start HUD"
2. Play a couple of hands of poker.
3. Send me a copy of the Poker Copilot console again. From Poker Copilot's "Window" menu, select "Console..." and click "Copy to Clipboard".
I hope you don't mind. This will help me see what could be blocking the HUD for you.
Regards,
Steve

Inappropriate? Not at all. I just played a tournament with my hand history on and in English. This is what the console says:
info: Poker Copilot 1.34
info: Registered to: Edward M. Ely III
info: Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5.5
info: Java Version: 1.5.0_13
info: Hand History Folders:
I appreciate anything you can do.

Inappropriate?...And the "Start HUD" button was depressed the entire time.
Thanks -
Inappropriate?Could you please try the "Detect Casinos..." screen? It would have run after you started Poker Copilot the first time, but please try it again just in case. You'll find it on Poker Copilot's "Window" menu.
If that doesn't help, follow these instructions:
1. In Poker Copilot, go the the Preferences window.
2. Click on '+'
3. Find the folder with your hand history files and add it.

This is what it says on the "Detect Casinos" screen. I already have it on English even though it says I don't:
Poker Copilot requires Full Tilt Poker or PokerStars.
Full Tilt Poker: Not found. You can download Full Tilt Poker now or later.
PokerStars: Found
PokerStars hand history: Found in /Users/edwardelyiii/Library/Application Support/PokerStars/HandHistory
Warning: You need to change your PokerStars hand history language to English. Show me how. -
Inappropriate?Steve,
I think I figured it out. It's working now! Thanks for your help.
Edward
