Using PokerStars?
Have you enabled hand histories in PokerStars? From the Options menu, choose "Instant Hand History Options...". Then,
- make sure "Save my hand histories" is checked.
- make sure your hand history language is set to English.
Using Full Tilt Poker?
Have you enabled hand histories in Full Tilt Poker? From the Option menu, choose "Hand History..." and make sure the check box "Save My Hand Histories" is checked.

I tried on PS, I checked "saved my hand history", my hand history is english, and it's never stop scanning.... showing me nothing... Maybe there is something I didn't understand..... -
Inappropriate?Yes, I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the trial version of Poker Copilot, enabled hand histories in Full Tilt (in English) and Copilot isn't showing me anything ... ? I checked to make sure hand histories are being stored and I see them, so not sure what the problem is.

Inappropriate?Yes, I am also having the same problem with PS. I have the folder set and english is the default language. For some reason, FT is working but PS is not.

Inappropriate?Ken, having the same screenname is no problem, but it will simply merge the data from both poker rooms.
Are you using Poker Copilot 1.35 (the latest version)? This is needed to work with the most recent PokerStars update.
If that still doesn't help, Please send me a copy of the Poker Copilot console. To do this, from Poker Copilot's "Window" menu, select "Console..." and click "Copy to Clipboard". Please send it to support@pokercopilot.com

Inappropriate?Playing Full Tilt on a Mac and thought I'd try to trial version to see if this might help my game.
1. I've got Hand histories saved from Full Tilt
2. I've manually added the Hand History folder in the Preferences
The HUD updates... however I see no stats in the Dashboard at all.
Any advice?

Inappropriate?Having a problem with cash MTTs. They are not showing the HUD. I know the hand history is being parsed from the output of the console. I can use the classic HUD and I checked to make sure the new HUD worked for cash games and it does. I have had this problem since updating to .56 and it seems to only occur with the new HUD and in cash MTTs.

What type of cash MTT are you playing? Multiple-buyins, heads-up, or anything like that?
And in the Poker Copilot console (Window -> Console) are any errors displayed?

Inappropriate?I have both of my hand histories being saved to folders and the language is English for both; however, it does not appear that they are being imported into poker copilot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can manually add hand history folders to Poker Copilot. Use the Preferences to do this.

The Preferences won't show your hands. But it will show you where your hand history files are stored. From the "Poker Copilot" menu, choose "Preferences...". There you will see a list of hand history folders.
