Update on fix for slow database load?

Steve, wondering if you've made progress on the slow startup issue for Copilot. I was not experiencing this until a few days ago. Another resource-intensive process stalled PC while it was opening. When I restarted PC (v2.16), it asked if I wanted to recover or reset the database. Recovery didn't work, so I reset. Since then, loadup has taken 7-10 minutes where it used to take 15-30 seconds.

Here are the remedies I've tried. None has solved the problem:

- Reset database. Close PC. Restart computer.
- Move database files to desktop and back to Application Support while PC is not open (as suggested in another thread).
- Remove database files from Application Support and rebuild database from scratch.
- Remove PC plist file from Preferences while PC is not open
