No HUD on PS Turneys ?

I cannot make the HUD work on PS when playing tournaments. CG are OK. Any special settings I should apply ?

Next time you are playing a PS tournament, could you please take a screenshot of the PokerStars table you are playing on and send it to me?

This will tell me what's going wrong.
