How do I import PokerStars Tournament results?

ah! ok i switched it to english, re-requested the email and now it works. thanks :)

in the meantime i've played a few more games and tried to add them, it even shows the summary, but not the results. weird, it works for the first four tournaments but not for the others.

I'm having the same problem. The strange part is that it only stopped working for the last three and I followed the same instructions which worked for the previous 10 results.

How can I paste my results ? I copy them from emails but I haven't the item to paste it in the window.

I can get the Tournament results in the box and the file path appears below, but the tournament results don't show up in my Tournament Dashboard. I also have updated my PokerStars software about 3 times in the past week or so.

Any ideas?

Process done in tournament results but i dont see my $ winnings.

Hey Steve, for some reason I try to paste my tournament results for pokerstars in the window, but they do not show up. I am doing exactly what the instructions say. Should I forward you my email of the results.

I am also on pocketfives and you said that there would be an update in a couple days to help w/ the HUD. Is this still coming? I would probably get this program it if the hud overlapped my tables and wouldn't re-pop up after each hand.

So I can import results, and everything shows up except for the money/winnings. I can see my hand statistics etc., but it shows $0 won when that's not right. I'm simply copying and pasting the tournament results from the email into the box, and it says its found and saved, but theres no money/bankroll update. Advice? Thanks Steve.

I have had no luck importing prize money stats from PS. I've pasted the tournament summary into the tournament results panel, clicked Process, and the program gets locked on that screen for hours. I've tried several times over the past 2 weeks.

I wonder whether an alternative import method might be the Results email PS sends me after each cash. It's not a comprehensive listing of all participants, just my place and cash. Looks like this:

When I say locking, I mean the panel will not allow me to toggle back to the main screen without closing it.

Copilot is creating the summary txt file, but the prize is not appearing in the tournament listings. I noticed that the txt file was not being placed in the exact folder where I had defined my hand histories. Even after moving the summary file to the correct folder, the prize does not appear.
